About the Space
Check out our newly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom property on twelve acres. It's a quick and convenient getaway, only 35 minutes outside Washington, D.C.
This property is great for TV, commercial, Photo, and Video Shoots. Use it to film social media content, team-building indoor/outdoor activities, and milestone events. There are enough flat lands to park 50 small cars and multiple tractor-trailers. There are dense woodlands in the back of the property for wooded TV scenes.
