    Our venue is a versatile open floor concept, designed with movable and removable furniture to adapt to any occasion. Whether you're hosting a baby shower, wedding celebration, birthday party, networking event, or business conference, our space provides the perfect backdrop for all types of events. Our large garage door style entrances open up to an additional 700 sq. ft. of outdoor patio space, ideal for open air events. In addition to the space, we offer a dishwasher and sink, two bathrooms on-site, an ice machine, a powerful speaker system, and ample furniture to accommodate your guests. Our space is the ultimate flexible venue to fit your events unique vision and needs.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30-day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
