Featuring high end finishes and furnishings, this spacious Andersonville condo loft features a sizeable great room, full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom that's a fit for any lifestyle shoot. With plenty of natural light, the industrial windows lead to a view of a private park. Other objects of note include Rocco minifridge, mini-bar, collection of neon bar lights, Samsung Frame TV, 50+ plants, new Samsung Bespoke washer/dryer, and kitchen appliances. All are available for use. Steps away from Ravenswood UP-North Metra, and 1/2 mile from Argyle Red Line and Damen Brown Line. One private parking space, several guest parking spaces, and plenty of free street parking near building. North facing windows, with additional light-shaft to the east.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
