About the Space
Our brand-new central London studio space is available 7 days a week. Located midway between Shoreditch and Hoxton, and just a short walk from both Old Street and Farringdon Underground Stations, our New York penthouse-style studio spans two bright, versatile floors — ideal as a location house or production studio. The entire venue — both floors — is available to hire exclusively, offering full access to our indoor spaces, lift, and private backyard. Perfect for both large and small-scale shoots, our studio can be adapted to suit different budgets and formats. Multiple bookings per day can also be accommodated, depending on requirements. We’re fully equipped to support dry hire, internal production, post-production, and long-term set builds — giving you total flexibility from start to finish.

Please note that the venue is thoroughly cleaned after each hire, ensuring a fresh and hygienic environment for our guests. Guests will also have access to hand sanitiser, soap, and hot and cold water throughout their time at the venue.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
