Located in the heart of downtown New York, this beautiful loft in the middle of FiDi is perfect for your next event! Its large size allows multiple layouts. The space is bright and has plenty of natural light. When you enter, the loft has a long hallway with access to a first elevated « lounge/welcome area ». Then you have a large « living room » area with a semi-closed kitchen, a bathroom, and a dining room. Flexible seating arrangements and modular furniture allow for a customizable layout: Seated capacity: 24 Standing capacity: 70 High ceilings and open spaces create a sense of grandeur, while our lounge area provides intimate settings for smaller gatherings. Folding chairs, tables, linens and coat racks are available upon request for an additional rental fee. Our loft can be rented for: - business meetings - corporate meetings - private dining experiences - photo studio - art studio - professional events The space can be rented with or without catering (food/beverage package) options. We do not offer kids birthday parties at the moment. Furniture can be moved around but not removed.
