Photo shoots, commercial shoots, stage area, gym rated filming, etc. Main gym floor space takes up majority of 2,000square footage. Only two neighbors and one neighbors films all the time for The TV show Shameless. This is a popular filming area near the Burbank Bridge. Looking to help for half day shoots, but will discuss full day shoots for a higher rate. .Everything must be cleaned and back to the way it was before leaving. If not, additional charges will be applied

All equipment after use is wiped down. Everything is put back in its place after use as well. Fees/Penalties apply if not put back.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
