The property undergoes a thorough cleaning process immediately following the departure of each guest. All essential amenities and supplies are replenished to ensure a pristine environment for subsequent guests.
* Cleaning & Trash Removal: Productions and meeting organizers must ensure the space is cleaned and reset by the end of all activities. Alternatively, cleaning services can be arranged at an additional charge of $500 for strike/wrap-up. All trash must be collected and removed from the premises at the end of each booking.
* Furniture Use: Furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original position before departure. Kindly handle all furniture and decor with care.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
