We have implemented a thorough cleaning and sanitization process to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all events. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning routine: 1. Pre-Event Deep Clean: Before each booking, our team conducts a comprehensive cleaning of the entire space. This includes wiping down all surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and high-touch areas such as door handles and light switches, with hospital-grade disinfectants. 2. Restroom Sanitization: Restrooms are cleaned and restocked with essentials before each event. We pay special attention to frequently touched surfaces like faucets, flush handles, and soap dispensers to ensure they are thoroughly disinfected. 3. Post-Event Cleaning: After each event, our team performs another round of cleaning, ensuring that the space is left spotless and ready for the next guest. We properly dispose of any trash and recyclable materials, and sanitize all used areas. 4. Hand Sanitizer Stations: Hand sanitizer is provided at multiple points throughout the venue for guests' convenience. We encourage all attendees to use them upon entering and throughout their time in the space. 5. COVID-19 Protocols: In light of ongoing health concerns, we adhere to the latest health and safety guidelines, including additional sanitization measures and optional mask requirements based on current public health recommendations

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
