About the Space
My space is a fashion design studio, so anything related to fashion design and manufacturing would be great. We have sewing machines, mannequins, fabrics, and sewing supplies for your use. (upon prior notice). Bathrooms on 1st and 2nd level. This is a cool space for the creative because you are surrounded by the creativity of all art forms. The layout of the space is an open area with tables that can be moved to accommodate your needs.

We clean all equipment and surfaces between bookings. We also have ample hand soap and hand sanitizer on hand for use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
