We take cleanliness seriously to ensure all of our guests enjoy a spotless and hygienic environment. Our comprehensive cleaning process is designed to meet the highest standards, with the following steps: 1. Pre-Clean Inspection: • Before starting, our cleaning team inspects the property for any damage or maintenance issues. 2. Dusting and Vacuuming: • All surfaces, including shelves, tables, windowsills, and baseboards, are dusted. • Carpets and rugs are thoroughly vacuumed, while hard floors are swept and mopped. 3. Sanitization of High-Touch Areas: • High-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, remotes, and faucet handles are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning products. 4. Bathroom Cleaning: • Sinks, faucets, countertops, and mirrors are cleaned. • Toilets, showers, bathtubs, and all other bathroom fixtures are scrubbed and sanitized. 5. Kitchen Cleaning: • Kitchen counters, sinks, and backsplashes are wiped down. • All appliances, including the refrigerator, stove, and microwave, are cleaned. • Dishes are removed and sanitized. 6. Bedroom Cleaning: • All linens, including sheets, pillowcases, and blankets, are changed with fresh, clean ones. • Nightstands, dressers, and closets are wiped down and organized. 7. Trash Removal: • All trash is removed from the property and disposed of properly. 8. Outdoor Areas: • Any outdoor spaces, including patios and balconies, are swept and tidied up. 9. Final Inspection: • A final walkthrough ensures that every area is clean, organized, and ready for the next guest. This includes checking that all supplies (like soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products) are stocked. We aim to provide a clean and welcoming space for every guest, ensuring that your stay is both comfortable and stress-free!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
