After each booking, our cleaning team carries out a comprehensive cleaning process to ensure the property is spotless for the next guest. This procedure includes washing all towels, bed linens, and blankets to ensure fresh and clean items for every stay. The bathrooms receive a deep cleaning, including sanitizing all surfaces, scrubbing the shower and bathtub, and ensuring the toilets are thoroughly disinfected. Additionally, we vacuum and mop all floors, dust all surfaces, and clean and sanitize frequently touched items like door handles and light switches. The kitchen is also meticulously cleaned, including wiping down all appliances, countertops, and ensuring all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
