The home boasts over 15 private parking spaces, perfectly accommodating productions of all sizes. The entire house is ground level, so it's effortless to light all the rooms from windows with any size stand. The home can be fully customized; we've had movies completely transform the space from bedrooms to living rooms, hallways, sitting areas, and beyond—the perfect "indoor" location for your movie with tons of different scenes. A giant oak tree covers the side and backyard, making it the perfect setting for a BBQ commercial or any outdoor activity. It's convenient to restaurants, hotels, Airbnb, and a Starbucks, and it is less than a 2-minute walk away. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
