With two private studio spaces, a welcoming lobby, kitchenette, and flexible layout, our space can accommodate a variety of photo, video, film, and other creative productions. Located at street level with a 30-minute loading zone directly outside, the studio makes it easy to bring in cameras, lighting, wardrobe, props, and other production equipment. A NOTE ABOUT PRODUCTION LOCATION FEES We intentionally keep our standard production rate at an accessible $95/hour so that independent filmmakers, photographers, students, content creators, and smaller productions can afford to use the space. If your production has been provided with a dedicated location fee or location budget that exceeds our standard rental rate, we kindly ask that you offer that location fee rather than defaulting to our $95/hour rate. Keeping our standard rate accessible allows us to support smaller creative projects, and we greatly appreciate larger or funded productions compensating the studio according to the location budget available to them. PEARL DISTRICT LOCATION Our studio is conveniently located at street level in Portland’s Pearl District, with a 30-minute loading zone directly outside for easy load-in and load-out. Street parking is available nearby, and we are close to public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and other neighborhood amenities.
