This is not just a room rental! You are reserving a fully operational bar! What's Included in Your Peerspace Rate: -Exclusive use of the space -Dedicated bartender(s) -Use of all amenities, including but not limited to Skee-Ball, shuffleboard, and pinball (quarter play) 🍸 How the Bar Works: Think of it like a night out at your favorite bar. Guests order whatever they want and pay as they go (or put it on your tab), with the added perk of having the whole place to yourselves. We're happy to accommodate: -One master tab -Individual tabs -Drink tickets (volume discounts starting at 100 tickets) -Open bar -Or any combination that works for you 🍽️ Food Want catering? We've got you covered! Ask for our current menu. Guests consistently rave about the food. Outside food is also welcome, though it does not count toward your Food & Beverage minimum. ⚠️ Important: Food & Beverage Minimum All events at Luka's are assigned a Food & Beverage minimum spend requirement. **This is separate from and in addition to your Peerspace rate.** Here's how it works. Your group simply needs to spend at least a set amount on food and or drinks during your event. It's not a prepaid package. It's just a minimum spend, similar to what you'd see in a private dining room or reserved venue section. -If you host the bar, that counts toward the minimum ✓ -If guests pay individually, that counts toward the minimum ✓ -If you pre-order catering through us, that counts toward the minimum ✓ -Outside food does not count toward the minimum ✗ Unmet minimum charges are rare. If your group is running close, we'll always give you a heads up. Your specific minimum will be shared during the inquiry process and varies based on date, time, and guest count. 📋 Rates & Minimums Vary Based On: -Date and time -Guest count -Event needs Larger events or those requiring additional vendor coordination may require extra staffing, which can affect pricing. PLANNING DETAILS: -Early access for setup: We offer a 30-minute grace period before and after your event. -Decorations: You're welcome to bring your own. -Music: Share your Spotify playlist and we'll run it during your event. -Hiring a DJ: DJs can connect directly to our speakers via XLR. -Presentations: Use our screen and projector. Just connect via HDMI.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
