About the Space
Perfect for all kinds of events, Birthday parties, dinners, art exhitions, film screenings and performances. Lots of natural light but also carefully designed mood lighting for evening dinners. Projector, large screen, kitchen bathroom and outside area, you can smoke in the outside area but not inside.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages allowed
Cooking and food preparation is allowed on-site
There's no oven but have an Air fryer, have a hob, sink fridge freezer and utensils.
I can setup a large table to seat 12 - 15 people or 2 smaller tables
I can source a few more chairs if needed.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High-touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

James is a wonderful host and the space is absolutely beautiful. I held an afternoon tea party and this space was perfect - from the lighting, set up and host everything was great. James even had some lovely crockery and small bits in the kitchen that was perfect. He meticulously walked us through all the steps of getting into the venue smoothly. Thank you James!
