Located in a Grade II listed heritage site with a modern interior and open plan kitchen. The ultra-high ceilings, original factory windows (with blackout curtains), and floor plan offer plenty of space for lifestyle content creation and e-commerce with a 3m x 3m backdrop stand and Colorama backdrop rolls. C-stands and polyboards come included, plus a full range of photo and video lighting is available for rent. This adaptable lifestyle space provides a range of shooting sections for different looks and perfect, soft daylight (NW-facing windows). The curated decor and plant life create a warm, calming and playful atmosphere. The neutral-tone furniture complements any subject and is fitted with sliding pads for easy movement. The studio is perfect for large-scale productions, medium to small photo shoots, lifestyle content creation, podcasts, filming, videography, interviews, meetings, and well-being sessions. Located in the Bow neighbourhood of East London and 400m from the Bow Church DLR or 550m from Bow Road Station.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Between bookings, floors are vacuumed. All surfaces are sprayed with disinfectant and wiped down. Bathroom fixtures are sanitized, disinfected, and wiped down between each booking. All high-touch surfaces including door handles are disinfected between each booking too.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
