About the Space
Studio 402 is best suited for intimate performances, rehearsal for performance, corporate events, parties and other creative projects. The space features double-doors that open up to an over 1000 square-foot rectangular room. This room also features 2 large mobile walls that can be positioned anywhere in the room. The walls cannot be removed from the room without being destroyed but can be used to section off areas in a gallery or performance space. There is one small window with glass bricks that can be masked upon request.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
