You can utilize it for family photo shoots, apparel photoshoots, and podcast recordings. There are several spaces to use here, including a large living room with an accent wall (please note that the outdoor screened in porch next to the living room with round table that is shown in the pics is no longer available, I am now using it for private use, shots and recordings will only have a clear view of the backdrop nature without furniture if the deck is in your frame), a high-end luxury kitchen, and a 1-bedroom with a bathroom on the main level, all of which are great for teasers and infomercials. The outdoor area features beautiful patio spaces, including rock gardens, a fire pit with ample seating, an outdoor kitchen grill, and an outdoor gym space. Electric outlets are also available in the main outdoor scenes. We speak Spanish and Portuguese.
