Our two-story, 1,800 sqft warehouse and studio, designed by a creative couple, offers two distinct spaces perfect for film and photography shoots. The Loft (900 sqft) A sun-filled, mid-century modern warehouse loft with a 13 ft raw plaster wall and 360-degree natural light from large windows and skylights. The loft is ideal for shooting or can double as a client lounge, changing area, or production office when using the gritty ground floor. The Ground Floor (900 sqft) A raw, industrial space with an "abandoned warehouse" aesthetic, perfect for music videos, fashion shoots, or gritty productions. Why Us? Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
