About the Space
We typically host weddings and other event like birthdays, reunions, retirements, and showers, but we can break our event spaces up for smaller events once we are 3 months out from a given date. We have 3 cabins, 9 Lodge rooms, and a restaurant, but we do not require the use of the restaurant. There are several event spaces available, each with unique layouts. There are beautiful views of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain, and there are secluded walking paths on the property. The Stone Room is great for gatherings of up to 50 people.

The event center is cleaned by professional cleaners after every event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
