Corporate Events & Conferences: With two large 82” TV screens, high-speed internet, and live streaming capabilities, Ironlight is ideal for presentations, conferences, and breakout sessions. Holiday Parties & Social Events: Our spacious layout, two mobile bars, and Sonos speaker system allow for seamless transitions between networking, dining, and entertainment. Space Layout: Main Space: The heart of the venue, featuring flexible seating arrangements with the ability to divide the space using a curtain for more intimate or segmented gatherings. Perfect for large receptions or smaller breakout sessions. Executive Suite: Ideal for smaller meetings or as a green room for VIPs and presenters. Sunset Deck & Hood Terrace: Stunning outdoor areas with views of the city and Mt. Hood, perfect for cocktail hours, photo ops, or smaller gatherings. Unique Features & Amenities: Furniture Accommodations: We offer 250 folding chairs, eighteen 60” round tables, ten 8’ rectangle tables, and bistro tables for both high and low seating options. Technology: Equipped with two 82” TV screens, video cameras for live streaming or Zoom conferencing, and a Bose PA system with a microphone, our space is tech-ready for any event. Catering Support: Our commercial kitchen is fully equipped for catering preparation and service, ensuring smooth food and beverage operations. Ambiance Control: Motorized and manual shades with 99% light reduction allow for full control over lighting, perfect for presentations or creating the right mood for any event. No matter the event, Ironlight’s flexibility, technology, and stunning views ensure a successful and memorable experience for your guests.

At Ironlight, we prioritize the cleanliness and safety of our space for all events. We hire a professional janitorial service to ensure the venue is thoroughly cleaned before and after each event. In addition, our staff actively wipes down high-touch surfaces throughout the day to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. We take great care to ensure that our space is spotless and ready for your special occasion.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
