Downtown Urban Courtyard
About the Space
Our downtown courtyard features a spacious artificial lawn bordered by hollowed out shipping containers. Accommodating up to 100 guests for standing events and 50 guests for seated events, our courtyard can be used for a variety of different events. We provide a 5 low cocktail tables, outdoor lounge couches, and a dozen patio chairs that are included in your rental. The entrance of the back gate is through City Lot 4, providing ample parking a few steps away from the venue. There is also street parking all around the block.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
