About the Space
We're Live & Breathe Studios. A spacious 5,000 square foot production space across 2 buildings. A space to bring your shoots to life in the most flattering way possible, no matter the size or scope. Studio 1 boasts a fully-equipped prep kitchen, space for 4 rigs scalable for a full studio takeover & a separate dressing room. Studio 2 has access to a prep kitchen for smaller shoots, 3 rigs & a separate dressing room. Both studios have full access to our extensive prop & background collection. Comfortable, Clean, and Client-friendly, our space is available for rent to anyone doing a small or medium photoshoot, from portraits and headshots to fashion and e-commerce. Equipment is available to use in the studio, including phone and camera tripods, background paper, clothing rail and hangers, a makeup station, a changing room, backgrounds, props, tea, and coffee.

Our studios are cleaned twice a week and tidied in between shoots.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
