About the Space
Parc Vendome was built in 1936 in the Mediterranean Revival Style in the Art Deco neighborhood of Flamingo Park. The building is comprised of 25 units with a beautifully landscaped courtyard with fountains. The facade of the building on 13th Street is iconic. Great for photo shoots where someone is trying to capture the magic of South Beach Miami and its incredible architecture. You have to see it to believe it! The architect for the building is Henry Hohauser.
