Step into the Pink Dream, a maximalist Palms Springs - inspired design that provides all of the eye candied goodness for your next photo/film shoot. This 1910 Guest House Casita offers a number of areas to shoot in: Living Room, Bedroom, Breakfast nook, Kitchen, and Tropical themed Bathroom. And if this lush interior isn't enough, the gorgeous outdoor patio and garden areas are equally as beautiful and comfortable to shoot in. Located in beautiful Atwater Village, the Pink Dream is easily accessible from the 5 and the 2 freeway. There is ample street parking as well as two on-site parking spots if needed. This location is just blocks away from other great places to shoot such as the LA river, ample shops/bars on Glendale Blvd, and many other residential nooks that can also provide a beautiful backdrop. HOURLY RATE: Based on a total number of people. CALCULATE YOUR HOURLY RATE: The hourly rate is $100/ hour for the first 8 people, with a minimum of 3 hours. Each additional person is to be charged at an additional $25/ hour (not including catering or craft service delivery and pick ups). Hourly Rate is $100/ hour for 8 total people Hourly Rate is $125/ hour for 9 total people Hourly Rate is $150/ hour for 10 total people ..... OVERTIME: Overtime is charged at 1.5 x your hourly rate past 10 hours in increments of 30 minutes. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review ours/Peerspace's cancellation policy below before booking. REQUIRED INSURANCE: The Guest/ Client will need to submit a General Liability Insurance Certificate showing owners name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. Also, please be sure to include proof of Workers Comp. insurance if applicable. If you don't have insurance please let us know, and we'll work on securing one for you at a very reasonable rate in all but 5 minutes. SITE VISITS/ RECENT PICTURES: As we are constantly looking to improve the location, pictures shown may not reflect the most up to date improvements and changes. Site visits (virtual or in person) are strongly encouraged and/ or more recent pictures can be sent to you upon request. STYLIST/ SET DESIGNERS: For added convenience, if possible, and/ or if the space is not booked, Stylists/ Set Designers may drop off items the day prior to the scheduled shoot day. However, please note that we are not to be held liable/responsible for any damages/ theft/ other of any items left overnight. Inquire with owner/ Site Rep. ahead of time as to possibility and appropriate delivery window. PREP DAYS: Prep days may be charged at half your shoots day rate, and is dependent on availability, scope of work, time needed, owner/site rep. availability, and determined on a case by case basis. We work on a per project/per budget basis and welcome any and all inquiries. Our goal is to make sure that we can accommodate all of your needs in the utmost professional manner. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
