We are a private training facility conveniently located in Dallas, Texas. If you're looking for a clean, private gym, the facility can be rented out in its entirety, subject to availability, for fitness photo/videoshoots, content creation, media productions, fitness classes, health and wellness education events, networking events and more Our facility is handicap accessible, HVAC equipped warehouse, with WIFI, Bluetooth speaker, television, office space, and all equipment needed for fitness training & rehabilitation assessment & treatment.

We do request that renters tidy up any debris, trash, spills etc at the conclusion of rental. General areas will be cleaned with disinfectant & vacuumed by host prior to rental. Trash will be removed upon completion of every event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
