It's a former bar with 1800 square feet of indoor space with lots of wall space for your own art or ours, three bathrooms, inside bar, kitchen area, fenced-in off-street parking for 20 to 30 cars, 3500 square feet of fenced-in outdoor space with firepits, space heaters, tables and chairs, 800 square foot tented area, pool table and air hockey, seating areas for events, birthday, holiday parties, filming or what have you in an industrial area with street parking too. Centrally located a few miles from downtown Los Angeles.

We clean the event space between each and every event held.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
