This clean, versatile studio is designed with photo and video productions in mind—built to keep shoots efficient, comfortable, and creative. The open warehouse layout provides plenty of room for sets, movement, and crew, making it easy to adapt the space to your vision. There is a conference room available as an add-on, which can be rented to expand the usable space for your production. If the conference room is included in your booking, the golf simulator will remain in place. The studio includes a ceiling-mounted grid system for easy lighting and rigging, along with two large softbox lights built directly into the ceiling for quick, ready-to-use setups. A premium sound system is also included with your rental—giving you a solid foundation to walk in and start creating. For productions that need more, we offer a full lineup of professional gear rentals, all available in one place. Additional lighting, cameras, lenses, and specialty equipment—including a scissor lift—can be added to your booking to keep everything streamlined and efficient.
