On-site you’ll find various lighting and production gear, multiple color backdrops, folding tables, folding chairs, a projector, a projector screen, and director’s chairs. Rental houses for additional equipment are just blocks away. Conveniently located within walking distance from the Path Train in a building that offers free parking, a freight elevator, and an on-site café.

Our space is cleaned and disinfected in between bookings. Wipes and Sanitizer are available for guest use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
