This is the best space to book for more intimate events such as music videos, meeting space, workspace, films, recording a podcast, photography, and overall great space to create content. The house is minutes from East Point MARTA red line station, buses, and the airport. There are cute and delish restaurant options and lots of shopping. Minutes from the Tyler Perry Studios, West End Brewing complex Lee Street, beltline, and the art spaces on Murphy AvenuThisthis space has; its PRIVATE entrance (must drive around to the BACK SIDE of CROWN ROOM EVENTS), free parking, big open space, kitchenette (sink NO HOT WATER, microwave, and mini fridge), and everything needed to make a party more successful. Space comes with 5 round tables (that seat 6-8 ), 4 rectangular tables, and 50 chairs. There are also 2 TVs provided in the unit. Interview chairs. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
