PERFECT FOR: Interviews, documentaries, photoshoots, boudoir, burlesque, real estate photography, food staging, cooking, product photography, portrait photography, music videos, small ceremonies, and more. ABOUT YOUR HOSTS: This is the personal home of the hosts. The host works from home and will typically be on-site for your booking to welcome you in, guide you through the space, and help with any questions or concerns you might have during your booking. The kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining room are all available. There is a 30AMP plug on the side of the house depending on what lighting will be used.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
