We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for all our guests. Before and after each event, the studio is thoroughly cleaned, including all surfaces, art supplies, and high-touch areas. Trash bins are provided for your convenience, and we kindly ask guests to clean up food and decorations at the end of the event. Rest assured, our team ensures the space is spotless and ready for your celebration!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
