About the Space

PLEASE NOTE: We leave our calendar open for booking requests, but there is no guarantee that your requested date is actually available. Please send us an inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Your booking time MUST include set-up and clean-up. For example, if you want to have a 2-hour gathering, but need an hour to set-up and an hour to clean-up, then you need to book 4 hours. Thanks! Our 4000 sq.ft. Pavilion is the perfect venue for your next birthday party, family reunion, work mixer, class, workshop, or any other small to midsize gathering (maximum of 40 people - NO PETS or ESAs). The Pavilion has a stage, 30x30 dancefloor, 15 picnic tables, and access to our outdoor kitchen with gas grills, cooktops, microwave, and 3-bin sink. The Pavilion is adjacent to a field with playground equipment, yard games, creek access, bath house with flush toilets, and hiking trails. Bonfires are available for an additional charge. Guests DO NOT have access to the Community Farmhouse with this listing, with the exception of folks who need the ADA restroom. If you are planning an event with more than 40 people or need a multi-day rental (with or without lodging), we are happy to discuss the options further - just message us! Things to remember: 🔻 We cannot accommodate pets or ESAs. 🔻 Cell service and wifi are limited to non-existent. 🔻 No alcohol. No smoking or vaping within 100 feet of the building. 🔻 Be advised, our farm is in the country off of a narrow one-lane road so drive cautiously and carpool.

Health and Safety Measures

Standard cleaning procedures using non-toxic, plant-based cleaners followed by sanitizing wipes on all surfaces. Multiple hand-washing stations with soap and sanitizer available.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
