There is a guesthouse and porch with direct access to street in the front and tiki hut/pool area and yard in the back.
Large open side yard (~3/4 of an acre) with pond, boat house and RV (for property manager)
This is a working property with a property manager and the owner who lives in the main house full-time.
Owner has dogs which are kept inside the main house for any events. They are not allowed to access yard or interact with guest area during events/stays.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
