This 750-square-foot space blends charm and functionality, featuring a retro brick fireplace, high ceilings, and warm wood flooring—perfect for bringing your photography vision to life. Designed with versatility in mind, the studio is fully equipped with professional lighting, softboxes, reflectors, vintage chairs and stools, decorative picture frames, fine art fabric backdrops, and a variety of solid-colored paper roll backdrops. Whether you're capturing graduation portraits, maternity sessions, family moments, boudoir, couples, Mommy & Me, or children's portraits, our space offers the perfect setting for your next shoot. Space Highlights: - Size: 750 Sqft - Includes benches, chairs, props, flowers, school desk, crowns, senior grad props and themed sets as shown in the listing images. - Christmas props and decorations are available from late November to January 5th. - Includes a bathroom, Wi-Fi access, and multiple wall outlets for lighting and equipment. - We ensure a cozy environment for your clients to stay relaxed during their session. Booking Details: - Minimum Booking: 1 hour. - Parking: Off-street parking only. - Arrival & Departure: Entry and exit are strictly within your booked time to respect other guests. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
