Surface Cleaning: Wipe down tables, countertops, and equipment with a mild cleaner. Disinfect any surfaces that were heavily used.
Floors: Sweep and mop hard floors; vacuum carpeted areas to ensure no dirt or particles are left behind.
Equipment Check: Inspect studio equipment (lighting, stands, backdrops) for smudges, fingerprints, or damage. Clean with appropriate products.
Restrooms (if applicable): Restock supplies, clean sinks, mirrors, and toilets, and sanitize frequently touched areas.
Community Areas (if applicable): Ensure shared spaces like lounges or kitchens are cleaned and restored to their original condition.
Routine Maintenance
Perform a deep clean weekly, including dusting vents, cleaning windows, and sanitizing less frequently used areas.
Test and clean all equipment periodically to maintain functionality and hygiene.
Check for wear and tear on furniture or equipment and repair or replace as necessary.
Sanitization Standards
Use EPA-approved cleaning products for disinfection.
Focus on high-traffic and high-touch areas for thorough sanitization.
Maintain a cleaning log to track daily, post-event, and routine cleanings.
User Responsibility
Provide clear cleaning expectations to guests, including trash disposal and returning items to their original locations.
Offer cleaning supplies, such as disinfectant wipes or brooms, for minor spills or guest use during bookings.
Inspection
Conduct a final walkthrough after each booking.
