After each booking, The Crystal Suite is thoroughly cleaned by our dedicated team to ensure it’s ready for your use. Our cleaning process includes: 1. Disinfecting Surfaces: All high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, and tables, are sanitized after each use. 2. Floor Cleaning: The floors are vacuumed and wiped down to keep the space fresh and clean. 3. Restroom Sanitation: The restroom is fully sanitized and stocked with fresh supplies. 4. Furniture Maintenance: All furniture is wiped down and checked for comfort and cleanliness. We also provide cleaning supplies in the space for your convenience. If any specific cleaning requests arise during your booking, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
