There are 2 sound-isolated bedrooms that overlook the Great Room from the second floor balcony. The media room on the main level is ideal for audio/music recording, and deep work thanks to its extensive sound-isolation. With its neutral tones and bountiful accents of plant greenery, this home is versatile enough to make any creative pursuit possible. This is my home. I'm militant about keeping my space clean and tidy because it brings me a sense of calm and peace. Between bookings, I manage the disinfection of hard surfaces and steam porous surfaces. I then air out the house by opening all the windows so the air in the home is freshened up. I run the HVAC system which has a MERV 11 rating and captures viruses, bacteria, pollen, dust and smog.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
