Full-Service Venue with Gratuity and Tax Included: Our venue offers a full-service experience, including staff, setup, cleaning, tax, and gratuity. The perfect venue to host a wide range of events, including birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, engagement parties, graduations, corporate gatherings, tasting events, networking events, branded events, and more. Additional Inclusions: - 60 minutes of setup included at no additional charge. - All necessary cleaning and sanitizing before, during, and after your event. - Tax and gratuity are fully covered - Perfect for private events and corporate gatherings, this penthouse offers an extraordinary blend of exclusivity, comfort, and style. Located steps from the iconic Flatiron building, 14 West is the Flatiron District's newest private event space. Occupying an entire penthouse floor, 14 West pays homage to the district's history with unique details and beautifully designed furnishings. 14 West features an outdoor terrace with stunning city views. The venue's skylights provide natural lighting during the day and an intimate setting at night. The venue also offers a bar station, dining table for food service, a high-quality Marshall speaker, a 55” Samsung Frame TV, a newly renovated restroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and full-service amenities at no additional cost that provide the perfect location to host your next special event. We accommodate up to 60 guests, with a minimum capacity of 30. You may choose a 4-hour or 5-hour rental; we allow events until 2am. *Guests under the age of 21 to 10 years of age, are allowed with parental supervision. The total includes an event manager, bartender, and lobby host. Tax and gratuity are also included in the total. Our staff is responsible for cleaning after every event, so you can spend time with your guests without the hassle of cleanup afterward. We also allow vendors such as caterers and up to 4 members of your party, to come in 60 minutes before the event start time for setup at no additional cost. 4-hour rental $1,400 (ends before 6pm) $1,800 (ends after 6pm) 5-hour rental $1,800 (ends before 6pm) $2,200 (ends after 6pm) *Rental rates include three staff members, 60 minutes of setup time for paid vendors, and four members of your party, mixers and garnishes, cleaning, tax, gratuity, and all venue amenities. In addition to our rental rates, one of our per-person open bar packages must be selected. Our bar packages include mixers, garnishes, and the use of our glassware. For each bar package, the following items are included: seltzer, tonic, orange juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Sprite, ginger ale, ginger beer, sour mix, and Red Bull. Lemons and limes are also included as garnishes. Our Basic, Standard, and Premium packages do not include beer, wine, or champagne. You may add white wine to your open bar package (choice of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, or Prosecco) for $5 per person, beer (Stella Artois or Corona Extra) for $5 per person, Moet Imperial Champagne for $25 per person, or House Champagne for $15 per person. Any specialty cocktail requiring mixers, garnishes, or bitters not included in our current bar packages is an additional $10 per person. *For events booked Monday through Friday, clients who select our Standard or Premium package will have beer and wine added at no additional charge (Prosecco is not included). We can refer you to our preferred caterer, who offers a variety of options and can work within your budget. You may also bring in your food and catering at no additional cost. - We do not host cash bars, minimum spend, or BYOB events. - We are unable to host seated dinner parties and wedding ceremonies. - We are unable to host panel discussions. - We are not available on Sundays. The restrooms are stocked with both hand soap and hand sanitizer. - We have a licensed cleaning company that cleans the venue after each event. Every part of our venue is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected.
