History of the space A 4000 Square foot building that used to be a school house, moved from the Santa Rita mines in the 70s, built in 1932 and redone in 2020, hand built gardens and mud walls outside. Vintage trailers and handmade tables on 7 acres. 2 bars and 1 Stage with a 300 person capacity and 14 foot high ceilings, so many beautiful hand done details. Vintage trucks, motorcycles and campers on site for possible use Neighborhood details Right off highway 180, no residents super close around , roadhouse vibes, located just outside beautiful historic Silver City, 30 minutes from hot springs, the gila wilderness, cliff dwellings nearby as well as hiking trails and scenic motorcycle rides thru canyons and rock spires. Logistics Indoor seating, tables and chairs for about 100 guests available, they can also be moved out, two kitchens, one indoor one outdoor with a mud oven capable of cooking 4 pizzas at a time, 2 full bars, one on the stage side of the venue and the other in the speakeasy side, 4 indoor bathrooms, 7 acres outside with 3 vintage trailers and campgrounds. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
