We are surrounded by beautiful homes and are located on the western side of the Island, giving us plenty of natural light and magnificent views of Seattle and Bellevue, Lake Washington, and the mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are some of the most beautiful in the world. The house is located in a private lane with other large properties, so you will have plenty of room and it's very quiet. It's extremely safe and feels like an oasis, hard to believe it's 15 minutes from Seattle and Bellevue. There is a small shopping area with a well-equipped grocery store, boutique shops, hair and nail salons, and places to eat, within half a mile. There are multiple hiking trails close by and many fun events at the north end of the Island like the weekly Farmers Market in the summer. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Please note: 1. As we live on a private lane, please be cognizant of the neighborhood and neighboring properties. 2. While we have parking at our property and it's also available on the public street, please do not park on or near any of our neighbors' properties or block the private lane. 3.
