About the Space
The space is comprised of a 10,000 sqft building and a 450 sqft guest house (we call the Groom's House) in the back of the property. We are most often booked for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, and Quinceaneras. Inside the large building is: - an entry foyer - two guest restrooms - a catering kitchen and cocktail space - an enclosed patio wet bar - a 1,031 sqft glass hall - a flex space room - a Bridal Suite with a makeup room and two private restrooms (rentable overnight) - five rentable overnight suites, each with its restroom - shared kitchenette for overnight suites The buildings sit on 2.5 acres of land with huge beautiful trees and a small creek surrounding the lot, making for great photos. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
