Use our intimate and tech-savvy facility to meet with clients, produce content, start your business, and more. This space has been used for: - Podcast Recording - Photoshoots - Video Content Creation - Baby Showers - Small Business Mixers - Church Events PLEASE NOTE THAT RENTAL RATES DO NOT INCLUDE THE USE OF SOUND OR VIDEO EQUIPMENT. EQUIPMENT RENTAL OR PRODUCTION CAN BE ADDED TO THE HOURLY RATE.

All of the countertops should be wiped and the trash should be removed before leaving the facility.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
