Ideal for photo shoots, workshops, classes, conferences, and theater groups. The theater comfortably seats 50 guests. The lobby serves as a rehearsal space fitting 30 guests. Chairs are movable. TV in lobby. Second rehearsal room is through the lobby and adjoins the backstage area. Fits 15 people. Space is suitable for classes, theater rehearsals, businesses having conferences and needing breakout space, and video / photo production. Yoga classes have been held in the lobby room, which is carpeted.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
