Our space be used for meeting/work space, workshops, conferences, book signings, party/event space, podcast, filming, and more! We offer use of wifi for all guests, whether partial or full space rental. For those who are renting the full space, in house speaker/sound system, 40 in. flat screen TV, and backroom staging area. There are several layout options available based on activity/event type. Our cafe layout features seating for up to 25 including 2 semi-private nooks and 3 open lounge/work areas. This layout can be booked for an entire venue rental or the nooks and lounge areas can be booked separately during cafe hours. During cafe hours, guests will have access to our cafe beverage menu offering coffee/tea beverages, wine, and wine cocktails for guests 21+. Guests booking the entire venue may also utilize our 12ft butcher block cafe counter for catering or vending setup. Our event layout features seating for up to 75 with 3-4 VIP Reserved seating areas. Guests can access our cafe beverage menu offering coffee/tea beverages, wine, and wine cocktails OR utilize our 12ft. butcher block cafe counter for catering or vending setup. Our open layout features an open main floor for standing room only as well as 3-4 VIP Reserved seating areas accommodating up to 87 attendees. *Please note, all attendee check in/ticketing must be done inside the space as no guests are allowed to loiter or line up in the building hallway.
