This recently renovated warehouse apartment / loft is the perfect space for filming / shooting of all kinds. With its eclectic furniture, adaptable layout, and abundance of natural light, it can be transformed into any setting you can imagine within the available 120sq/m of space. The space features a wide range of furniture, from mid-century pieces to industrial-inspired bespoke designs. All of the furniture has wheels, so it can be easily moved around to create the perfect look for your shoot. The open-plan layout also makes it easy to create multiple different spaces, sets and interview layouts. We host a range of local artists work on occasional rotation, which may be used with permission to create an atmospheric and colourful set. The warehouse loft also has a large bank of south-facing windows that let in plenty of natural light. This makes it the ideal space for photoshoots or video shoots. The windows can also be covered with custom made blackout fabric to create a more intimate setting. The space features a unique and experiential lighting system that can be customised to create any desired mood or atmosphere. The owner of the space is an architect and designer with years of experience in set building and lighting. He is on hand to help you with any layout or lighting changes you need to make.
