About the Space

Our loft is located in the heart of Tribeca: across the street from Walker Hotel, a block away from Canal Street Subway (6,N,Q,R,W) and adjacent to SoHo, FiDi and Chinatown. The space is ideal space for: Art exhibitions, Pop-up / Showroom, Media Productions (Interviews, Photo Shoot, etc), Performances (Dance Recital, Fashion Show, etc.), Private Dinner Party, other Gathering Events (Corporate Event, Charity Event, Seminars, Conference, etc.) Accessible via elevator (directly onto the space) or staircase (2nd floor). Keep in mind your booking should be inclusive of set up and break-down. Make sure you plan accordingly. Our 75 ft long loft is divided in 3 areas: - the main gallery (windows onto the street, with elevator and main entrance, around 35 ft long and 700 sqft) - the studio (separated from the main gallery by a half wall, around 250 sqft) - the green room (2 windows giving into the back of the building, it is only separated from the studio by curtains and has one wall covered with 3 full length mirrors, around 200 sqft) The loft can be configured to suit different layouts including set, office, client area, production, HMU, lounge, showroom and eating areas. Ventilation: The space is well-ventilated before and after each event to maintain fresh air circulation. Waste Removal: Bins are emptied and sanitized after every use. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
