Great for Seminars, Private Classes, Competitions, Group Fitness Classes, Parties..we've even had pro wrestling events! Bottom floor is around 2200sq ft matted floor. Top floor is around 1800sq ft matted floor. Building is equipped with sound system including microphones, drinking fountains, 2 bathrooms, small conference room, small kitchenette including dishwasher, and reception desk.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
