If you need extra support, an onsite producer is available upon request to help you with setup, recording, and troubleshooting. Here’s what you can expect: The podcast room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each booking, following local health authority guidelines. All high-touch surfaces and equipment, including microphones, cameras, and lighting controls, are sanitized before and after use. Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and paper towels are available in the room for your convenience. HEPA-certified air filters and access to outdoor ventilation ensure a fresh and clean atmosphere. Your health and safety are our top priority, and we strive to maintain a professional, hygienic space to support your creative projects.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
