Serene Chateau on the Lake with Private Dock

Our beautiful backyard has a giant carpeted deck that houses a 4 season pergola, outdoor kitchen with 2 grills (gas & kamado), mini refrigerator, farmhouse sink with running water, and has plenty of built in bench seating as well as additional outdoor seating (white chaises & dining chairs). There is lake access by way of the dock and also a turfed dog park. Company parties, family gatherings, birthday parties of all ages (including your favorite four legged friends), weddings, bridal showers, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, baby showers, surprise engagement parties, movie parties, s'mores parties, and BBQ's are all great activities to get together and celebrate here. For an additional charge you can have access to the 6 seater jacuzzi hot tub, 8 foot stock tank pool, and rent kayaks to be used on the lake that you can gain access to by way of the dock. There is smart LED lighting you can sync to your presentations or music that will keep the party safely lit and going till your fête ends. There are also tables, chairs, and additional decor that can be rented for your special occasion. * A single portable restroom will be provided upon request. No access to the interior of the home is included with this booking unless agreed upon prior.
